If you know my channel, you know a cornerstone has and always will be EGGS. I can’t even begin to count the amount of egg dishes I’ve made from all around the world. Because of this, I’ve determined that the humble chicken egg is the ultimate global unifier. You’ve all shown me the incredible diversity of this ingredient, so I’ve rounded up my top 27 egg dishes I’ve made over the years. Some are simple, some are surprising, but they’re all absolutely delicious!

ALBANIA

How To Make It:

Hard boil your eggs then cut them in quarters. Top with olive oil, oregano, and salt and black pepper to taste.

BRAZIL

How To Make It:

How To Make It:

Scramble your eggs and add to a pan to make an omelette. Use tinned sardines, sauteed onions, piri piri sauce, and some herbs for your filling. Fold over and cook until the omelette is done!

How To Make It:

Lightly sauté some chopped onions and shredded cabbage in a pan. Add this to some canned tuna. Scramble it all with your eggs to make an omelette!

How To Make It:

To beaten eggs, add sautéed onions, peppers, diced cooked potatoes, diced ham, and diced tomatoes. Make it as a scramble or an omelette. When it’s cooked, garnish with some cheese and enjoy!

How To Make It:

Add leftover cooked spaghetti to a pan and sauté with about 2 Tbsp of butter. Scramble your eggs, then cook in the pan with your spaghetti, along with your preferred cheese and salt and pepper. Add chives and/or crumbled bacon on top to finish.

How To Make It:

Add washed rice to your rice cooker. Along with the rice, place inside two eggs and a tomato. Rook rice according to rice cooker instrcutions. When the rice is done, remove the eggs and tomato. Remove the shells and chop the eggs and the tomato. Serve with the hot rice!

How To Make It:

Soft boil your egg, usually around 5-6 minutes. Toast your bread to your liking. Butter the toast and cut into thin spears. To serve, place the egg in a small cup and cut off the top, revealing the runny yolk. Dip the toast spears in the egg and ejoy!

How To Make It:

Melt a couple Tbsp of butter in a pan. Add some cheerios and toast them slightly. Press to one side of the pan. On the other side add your egg and scramble to cook it. Once the egg is cooked, toss it all together. Garnish with cheese, hot sauce and/or toppings of your choice!

How To Make It:

To a hot pan, put down a sheet of rice paper. Spread on some chili oil or crisp of your choice. Crack an egg right on top and spread it all over the rice paper to cook. Top with chopped green onion, laughing cow cheese, and pork floss. When the egg is cooked, fold the rice paper in half and serve!
