Me! All of the dishes you see in the episodes I cook in my kitchen at home. 

I currently live in NYC, where I was born and raised. It’s more of a snapshot of a global community than just a place in New York. There are over 800 different languages spoken here with people from every corner of the globe represented. Because of this, I’m able to explore foods and cultures from around the world right here at home!

First, I’ll post the ask for the episode on my socials. Then, if your dish is selected, I’ll email you a guide to easily walk you through how to film your portion for the video. Make sure to check your email if you submitted and maybe your spam folders as well ’cause my responses sometimes end up there!
