Wash the chicken wings and drain until dry.
Blend garlic and ginger with ¼ cup water (more or less depending) until smooth.
Place chicken wings in a container, add the blended mixture, chicken cube (crushed), honey, brown sugar, chili powder, oyster sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Melt the butter. Let it cool slightly. Add it to the chicken mixture along with red food coloring. Stir well.
Marinate and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Take out the chicken, but reserve the marinade for the sauce! Heat a grill or use an oven, air fryer, or charcoal grill to cook chicken until done. Adjust to taste.
