Telur Dadar Mayonis
Ingredients
2
eggs
1
heaping Tbsp
mayo
3
small shallots
sliced thinly
2
small red chilies
sliced thinly, more or less depending on your preference
green onions
chopped, as much as you like
neutral oil
Instructions
Chop your veg into bite sized pieces
Combine everything, including the mayo to a bowl and beat until really foamy.
It should look like this.
Heat up a generous pour of oil and add eggs when its hot. Flip when the bottom is cooked.
Serve right away with rice and a little mayo on top!
