Boil the water and add the gelatin, then add lemon juice - leave until cool.
Separate egg yolks from whites.
Mix yolks with sugar.
Beat egg whites to a thick "cloud".
While mixing whites, very slowly add yolks.
Still mixing, add gelatin mixture.
Pour the mixture into 6 smaller bowls.
Add decoration and put the desserts into fridge.
Chill until thick and set, then serve!
