Ingredients
- black tea
- rock sugar
- cream
Instructions
- Boil water. Steep black tea in a teapot till desired strength.
- Place one piece of rock sugar in the bottom of a teacup. Pour steeped tea over the top.
- Using a small teaspoon, spoon cream into tea by tracing the inside of cup with your soon. (Watch the video to see how it's done!) DO NOT STIR!
- Enjoy warm without stirring!
