mint or coriander chutney

Instructions
Mix all tikki ingredients together and form round, flat shaped patties.
Shallow fry/ pan fry them with oil until golden brown all over.
Serve as tikki chaat. On a plate, place the tikkis, pour over tamarind and mint chutney, curd and some aloo bhujia and chat masala along with cilantro leaves and fresh chopped onions.
