Mango Rayado

Ingredients

  • 1 mango
  • 2-4 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2-3 tsp alguashte (ground, roasted pepitas)
  • salt to taste
  • 1-4 Tbsp hot sauce your choice
  • 1-2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Peel mango. Make ribbons of the fruit with a peeler. Set aside in a bowl.
  • Top mango with remaining ingredients and toss. Garnish with more alguashte and cilantro (if deserved) to serve!
