Mango Rayado
Ingredients

mango

lime juice
2-3
tsp
alguashte
(ground, roasted pepitas)
salt
to taste
1-4
Tbsp
hot sauce
your choice
1-2
Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
Instructions
Peel mango. Make ribbons of the fruit with a peeler. Set aside in a bowl.
Top mango with remaining ingredients and toss. Garnish with more alguashte and cilantro (if deserved) to serve!
