milk

cups
water
4
eggs

cup
fresh cilantro
chopped
3
scallions
chopped
stale bread
torn into chunks
Instructions
Place the milk and water in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Add the scallion, salt and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the torn bread chunks and return to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to medium and add the eggs without breaking them.
Let the eggs cook for 2-3 minutes and add the cilantro. Serve warm right away!
