Wash and peel the oranges and take out the fruit pulp. Peel garlic and take off the stalk of the chilis.
Grind the chili and garlic with little salt and mix it with the orange along with little rock salt and sugar and check the normal salt and add if required.
Once mixed, heat mustard oil and temper the fenugreek/methi seeds and pour it on the marinated orange.
Give it a mix with the curd and serve right away.
