Suntala Sadheko

Ingredients

  • 3 sultana oranges
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • 3 green chilis
  • 1 pinch black rock salt
  • 2 Tbsp sweet curd
  • 1 tsp mustard oil
  • 1 pinch methi (fenugreek seeds)
  • sugar to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the oranges and take out the fruit pulp. Peel garlic and take off the stalk of the chilis.
  • Grind the chili and garlic with little salt and mix it with the orange along with little rock salt and sugar and check the normal salt and add if required.
  • Once mixed, heat mustard oil and temper the fenugreek/methi seeds and pour it on the marinated orange.
  • Give it a mix with the curd and serve right away.
