Kakadiche Dhirde

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Grated Cucumber
  • 1 tsp Crushed Green chillies 
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 cup Rice Flour
  • 2 tbsp Gram flour (besan)
  • Salt to Taste
  • ¼ cup Indian yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste

Instructions

  • Grate your cucumber on a medium grate
  • Add the cucumber to a bowl with all your spices, ginger garlic paste, and green chili and mix
  • Add yogurt
  • Add your flour
  • Add water to get a thick batter like consistency
  • Like this
  • Cook on a buttered flat top pan
  • Serve with more yogurt!
