Jasuke

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 Ear of Corn kernals removed
  • 1/2 cup Whole Milk
  • 2-3 tbsp Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1/4 cup Cheese a good melty kind
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • Sprinkles for Garnish

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add corn and cook until just done (corn should be bright yellow and still a bit crunchy).
  • Cool and cut corn kernels off the cob.
  • Add corn, butter, sugar, and both milks  to a pot and heat until butter has melted and is incorporated.
  • Add cheese and stir to melt.
  • Serve topped with more cheese and sprinkles!
