Kartoffelsalat

Ingredients

  • 1 kg Boiled Potatoes
  • 6 Pickles Diced
  • 1/2 Onion Diced
  • 1 Apple Diced
  • 2 tbsp Grainy Mustard
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Splash of Pickle Water
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cut peeled and boiled potatoes into slices.
  • Finely chop pickles, apple and onion.
  • Mix everything well with the remaining ingredients.
  • Add fresh chives or parsley for the summer version and serve!
