Emilia Koziol is a Connecticut based artist best known for her acrylic paintings and digital works. Her art is greatly inspired by music, botanicals, mythology, and vintage oddities. She loves creating dark paintings with strange, off-putting color palettes, and gothic aesthetics. She is particularly fond of Dutch still lifes, and pre-raphaelite portraiture. When she’s not creating art, Emilia enjoys staying up too late for any human, tending to her pomegranate tree, knitting, baking, and listening to and writing music. She also loves writing, and incorporating her poetry and prose into her art.
