Curry Kare Kare Ramen

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Chicken Curry Indomie
  • ¼ cup coconut milk
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 handful green beans or baby bok choy or long beans
  • 1 soft boiled egg or fried tofu puffs
  • green onions chopped, optional
  • chili crisp optional
  • lime optional
  • Bagoong (shrimp paste) optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil your water according to the noodles package instructions. If you want more broth, add more water.
  • Once it's boiling, you can add the veggies (depending on how soft you want them) and the noodles.
  • Take some tablespoons of boiling water and use it to thin out peanut butter in separate dish.
  • Once the noodles start to get soft and almost done, add the flavor packets and peanut butter. This should start to thicken the soup.
  • At the end, add the coconut milk and stir. Turn off the heat.
  • Pour in a bowl and top with your protein and toppings (green onions, chili oil, lime, and/or bagong)
