Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz ricotta cheese
  • 4 oz grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • salt to taste
  • ¼ cup banana peppers or jalapenos or habaneros or a combo chopped
  • 1 sweet bell pepper (red or green) chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp parsley flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350℉. Grease a 1.8 qt casserole dish.
  • Combine cheese, egg, peppers and salt in a mixing bowl.
  • Transfer into the baking dish, smoothing top with a spatula. Top with parsley flakes.
  • Bake for 45 mins to an hour or until top is browned and bubbly.
  • Enjoy warm!
