3. Lassi

“Another yogurt-based drink. It can be sweet or salty and it is rich and refreshing. Mango lassi is for sure a crowd favorite.” – Devanshi

“If you’re feeling adventurous, go for puri. Puris are smaller and fluffier and they are deep fried in oil. They are often served during festive meals.” – Devanshi

10. Kaju Katli

“One of my personal favorite [sweets]. It’s a smooth, diamond-shaped sweet which is made from cashew paste and sugar. It has this nutty richness and melt in your mouth texture that is not overly sweet.” – Devanshi

“They are these soft and spongey balls made from fresh cheese. They are best served cold in a light sugary syrup.” – Devanshi
