Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack Pakistani Knorr Chatpatta noodles
  • 1 egg
  • chaat masala to taste
  • green onions chopped
  • green chilies chopped
  • mango achaar for serving

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles according to package instructions without the spice packet. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the seasoning packet with the egg.
  • Add the noodles to the egg-seasoning mixture.
  • Heat a little oil in a frying pan. Add the noodle/egg mixture and flatten out.
  • Cook omelette until golden and crisp.
  • Top with green onions, chilis, and a sprinkle of chaat masala. Serve with mango achaar on top or on the side.
