Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup glutinous rice rinse and soak overnight
  • ½ cup black beans rinse and soak overnight
  • peanuts
  • sesame seeds
  • grated coconut
  • sugar
  • salt

Instructions
 

  • Rinse soaked beans and cook in salt water till soft. Set aside.
  • Rinse soaked rice. Add to a rice cooker with the black beans plus the water they were cooked in. Add more water to come up to the first knuckle of your pointer finger.
  • Cook on your normal rice cooker setting until done.
  • Meanwhile, toast peanuts and sesame seeds.
  • Grind together to combine.
  • Serve rice and beans topped with a sprinkle of sugar, coconut, and the peanut and sesame mixture.
