Wai Wai Chatpate

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small potato
  • 1 packet Wai Wai noodles
  • 2 Tbsp dalmoth or similar snack mix
  • red onion chopped, to taste
  • tomato chopped, to taste
  • cucumber chopped, to taste
  • radish chopped, to taste
  • raw green mango chopped, to taste
  • green chilis chopped, to taste
  • fresh cilantro chopped, to taste
  • ½ Tbsp cumin powder
  • ½ tsp black salt
  • ½ Tbsp lime juice
  • Wai Wai masala packet
  • ½ tsp red chili powder
  • ½ Tbsp mustard oil
  • 1 Tbsp ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop potato into medium-sized chunks. Boil until tender. Drain and set aside to cool.
  • Crumble the wai wai into a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  • Add the cooked potato and mix again.
  • Serve right away!
