Nouilles aux Pleurotes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tsp Lee Kum Kee vegan oyster sauce
  • 1 pack instant noodles mushroom flavor or another vegetarian option
  • 3 tsp cream
  • 1 handfull oyster mushrooms
  • garlic powder to taste
  • 1 pat butter optional

Instructions
 

  • Boil the noodles with the seasoning pack (but no chili or flavoring oil) and the sauce (you can also add salt if needed).
  • In another pan, shred the oyster mushrooms and fry them: no oil or butter, just the mushrooms, you can add salt and pepper when they start to soften. The mushrooms will release moisture, then brown when it has all evaporated, you can stop cooking soon after.
  • Put the noodles in the serving bowl and the mushrooms on top.
  • Add shake on garlic powder and drizzle cream on top.
  • You can add a small dab of butter too for extra richness. Enjoy!
