Cheesy Ramen Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pack roast chicken ramen
  • 4 oz sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 2-3 oz shredded mozzarella or any shredded white cheese (provolone, white cheddar, etc) whatever feels RIGHT
  • green onions chopped
  • oil

Instructions
 

  • Cook ramen with flavor packet.
  • Strain, then mix noodles with sour cream in a bowl. Then add your egg and cheese to the mix.
  • Heat a non-stick frying pan to medium heat. Lay mixture into pan shaping into a thin circle and cover to cook until the underside can easily slip around on the pan without sticking and you can easily flip.
  • After flipping add more cheese to the top and cover to let cook until done on the other side.
  • Flip again to fry the cheese until crispy brown adding cheese to the other side to melt and repeat frying on both sides until both sides are crispy brown.
  • Top with green onions, sour cream, and your favorite hot sauce. Then enjoy with a fork and knife.
