Peel, wash, and dice potatoes. Cook in boiling water until soft.
Drain and mash with a drop of milk and a generous knob of kerrygold butter.
Meanwhile take a large deep pan with a lid and add the kale, vegeta, and a half a cup of water. Allow to steam until it is reduced and cooked. Top up the water if necessary so it doesn’t burn.
Combine with the mash and mix add some salt to taste.
