Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg yukon gold potatoes
  • splash milk
  • 1 generous knob kerrygold butter
  • 500 g kale finely chopped
  • 2 tsp vegeta
  • ½ cup water
  • salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Peel, wash, and dice potatoes. Cook in boiling water until soft.
  • Drain and mash with a drop of milk and a generous knob of kerrygold butter.
  • Meanwhile take a large deep pan with a lid and add the kale, vegeta, and a half a cup of water. Allow to steam until it is reduced and cooked. Top up the water if necessary so it doesn’t burn.
  • Combine with the mash and mix add some salt to taste.
  • Serve warm!
